General Terms and Conditions
This is a cruise search tool only and not a live booking site. Cruise prices are a guide only and are subject to availability and rate of exchange at the time you make a booking. Unless otherwise stipulated, prices displayed on this site are a GUIDE ONLY. Prices are displayed per person (pp), twin share (2 adults sharing a room) and are subject to availability and rate of exchange changes at the time you make a booking. The lead in prices are provided by the cruise companies and Pentravel has no control over the rates shown. Cruise companies offer dynamic pricing so the prices and availability may change at any time. Special offers may be capacity controlled and cannot be guaranteed.
MSC Cruise prices include Port taxes and Hotel Service charges but exclude their mandatory Travel Insurance. Our Agents can advise you of these costs when you make an enquiry.
Norwegian Cruise Line prices includes port taxes but does not include mandatory gratuities (tipping) or optional Travel Insurance. Our agents can advise you of these costs when you make an enquiry.
Royal Carribean Cruise Line prices include port taxes but does not mandatory gratuities or optionalTravel Insurance. Our agents can advise you of these costs when you make an enquiry.
For all other Cruise lines please make an enquiry and one of our cruise experts can assist you with price and availability.
All prices may vary depending on departure date and availability of the specific cabin type requested. The lead in price is based on the cheapest cabin type for the selected date. In some cases the cheapest cabin type is based on a twin-share inside cabin and that cabin number may only be allocated to you a the day before departure. While these “Sail-Away Guarantee Cabin” types offers the lowest upfront cruise only price, they come with significant limitations that may impact your cruise experience.
For a better cruise experience, we recommend that you:
– select a cabin type that allows you to pre-select your cabin number
– Select a cabin type that allows you to take advantage of special promotions and discounts such as NCL’s “More at Sea” upgrade.
Visasmay be necessary depending on the countries in your cruise itinerary and the passport you are travelling on. It is imperative that you check the requirements that are applicable to your passport type. Your Pentravel Agent can assist you with this information so please ask them about visa requirements.
Travel Insurance is essential and your Pentravel agent can assist you with quotes for the various insurance options available. MSC Cruises have a mandatory Travel Insurance that will be added to the cruise cost when you confirm.
Flights, pre-and post accommodation, sightseeing and excursions are excluded from the prices displayed on the website. Please ask us for more information on the options available to you for the routing and cruise dates you require. We will gladly assist with all aspects of your travel arrangements.
